How can I conveniently connect files to gulp?

We are implementing gulp in the team, but there are a lot of "juniors" who do not understand all these "new things" and I think that they do not really want to learn. Therefore, we are looking for a way to easily and conveniently connect files.
For example:
There is Foundation 6.
Is it possible to somehow pass json (or any other format) with a list of framework js-components to gulp.src?
To not interfere with gulpfile.js
