How can I control the virtual keyboard in Windows stands using HTML code?

Hello.
The question is not quite usual :)
There is a Windows-stand (such a pedestal with a touch screen) and on it the visitor is offered to fill out a form (a regular html-form).
When you click on the input with your finger, a virtual keyboard pops up, which the customer does not like.
And the customer wants the web developer to do something about it - change the keyboard or something like that using the code in the form (says that there are precedents and this is possible).
Is this some kind of nonsense?)) Or is it really possible?
I just encountered such a requirement for the first time, I don’t even really understand what exactly to google))
Thank you.

No problem.
Surely you can not depict a virtual keyboard on a regular html form.

Google for the phrase JS keyboard and paste the keyboard code into the form. In Windows itself, simply turn off the virtual keyboard in the system settings.
