How can I control my Apple Mac from Windows remotely over a local network?

What program can I use to control my Apple Mac from Windows via LAN?
Are there similar solutions on the market?
It would be possible to try to work through TeamViewer, but it works via the Internet, in conditions of limited traffic, this, alas, will not help.
I'm used to working with remote computers through Radmin, and now that I have a mac mini, I want to use it from my main computer. Can this be arranged somehow?

RealVNC . OS X has a built-in VNC server. Set up Remote Control in General Access and go.

As far as I remember, the teamviewer can work both via the Internet and only in the local network. Correct me if I'm wrong.
