How can I connect an old MS 600 phone to a computer?

There is an old Motorola ms600 CDMA phone with rare photos. Please tell me how can I connect this phone to a computer and copy the photo?
There is an original USB cable and charging, but there are problems with the driver and a special program.

It connects like this:
1. Connect phone to PC.
2. On your phone, please go to Settings>> Developers Option>> Select MTP. If MTP is selected already, please try to unselect then reselect it.
3. If there is no Developers option on your device, please go to About phone on your phone>> Tap Build Number 7times.
