How can I configure Team Foundation Server to automatically compile and restart the server when uploading information to Team Foundation Server?

There is my Asp.Net Core web server and Team Foundation Server is installed on the same computer.
There is a remote computer where I develop.
I want my project to compile and run a new version of it when I salt them on the Team Foundation Server (well, or when sending the command - recompile and run).
In general, they suggested continuous integration, but I still didn’t understand how to implement my idea?
