I have a site on 1c bitrix and a form with a product that has a quantity of goods,
when I click on the + button, I add up to a certain product in the basket +1, and when I click the - button, it is subtracted from the product

In the cart, when you click on +, increment the value in the input, which indicates the number of goods, after that you call submit the form. (Same for -)
