How can I change the application that opens *.tx files in the Onedrive app on an Android smartphone?

How to change the application that opens *.txt files in the Onedrive app on an Android smartphone?
Files at opening shows krakozyabrami. You cannot select another application.
I tried to remove and rearrange Onedrive - it does not help, the settings are saved.
