How can I challenge the actions of freelancer.com administrators?

I had two conflicts with freelancer.com
1. freelancer.com - announced that the Customer had an Illegal source of payment for the Project.
The newly created Customer creates a personal Project. The project was created on the same day when the Customer registered. The customer transfers the agreed amount. He asks to complete the project very urgently. I already had one ready with a similar implementation, so the Project was completed overnight. The customer confirms the transaction, for this transaction freelancer.com withdraws 10% as it should be. It should be noted that the Project was complex, so the amount of money for the Project was decent.
==========
Everyone is happy and satisfied, and then 34 hours after the closing of the Project, the money for the Project (including 10% commission) is withdrawn from my freelancer.com account. The description of the refund transaction is "Reversal of [Done milestone payment from {Employer} for project {Project for Frelancer} (Partial payment for project) (USD) from MM/DD/2018 at 16:43 EST] (USD)". I have -10% commission on my account. And of course freelancer.com did not warn about this.
==========
Found a refund 2 days later when I logged into my freelancer.com profile. Immediately contacted support.
In total, here are the answers of the freelancer.com support service (hereinafter - SP)
1: "And since the project is no longer valid and the employers account was already closed, the milestone payment was also reversed because we do not allow transactions in our site that came from a malicious source of fund."
Comment: Illegal source. How can this be if the payment was made through the services allowed in freelancer.com.
2: “We have verification processes but it may take some time in determining if users have provided us with all the correct information since we check them manually one-by-one.
However, as it is impossible to predict the exact moment of when users would violate our Terms and Conditions or have issues in their account.
Note that the funds are no longer on our site as it was already reversed to the payment source. »
Commentary: At any time, they can close the Profile based on their prejudices. And get your money back! It is not at all clear if at the same moment they write in the article "Milestone Payments" (with the help of which the payments under the Project were made) "Once the Milestone Payment is released, there's no way for us to recover the funds. Make sure that the project has been completed and you are 100% satisfied with the results before releasing your pending Milestone Payment."
==========
I started asking for clear recommendations with which to evaluate a “bad” Customer, the answers were general ones like “study the Customer’s profile”, “you have 36 hours to agree to the implementation of the Project »
2. freelancer.com - takes money without reason.
I have been working for "freelancer.com" for 8 years. I have already heard well from the reviews that "freelancer.com" unreasonably take money from the Contractor (freelancer). Therefore, having received a personal order for $400 (ID 18748953), I immediately contacted "freelancer.com" support, asking them to check the Customer (Ticket reference: KFFN-6253-UIVP). I also asked "freelancer.com" to guarantee that I could get paid for this project. "freelancer.com" support answered me that everything is fine, the Customer is verified, but warned "We appreciate your understanding about this. Rest assured once your employer commit any action that will violate the Terms and Conditions we will provide the sanction.".
But "freelancer.com" are real scammers. As soon as I closed the project and tried to withdraw money, they restricted my account and asked me to go through verification. "freelancer.com" did not withdraw my money. After I passed the verification, the "freelancer.com" administrator demanded from ME that my Customer also pass the verification. He did require - "Note that your limitation will only be lifted once Customer completes the verification process". To which I answered them, saying what I have to do with this Customer. I asked you to check this Customer beforehand (Ticket reference: KFFN-6253-UIVP).
In response, the administrator of "freelancer.com" deletes the project, the money is taken away. The administrator apparently wanted to show how arrogant and ruthless he is.
I described two cases in detail in order to give as much material as possible. Well, the question is the same. How can I challenge the actions of freelancer.com administrators?
