How can I calculate the server load for an online video store?

Good day!
I am planning to move my online store to the cloud. I want to roughly estimate how much it will cost me. There is no way to estimate the load on the current server. Due to the method of virtualization with a common core (I do not remember what it is called), the indicators lie.
The store is written in django and python. On the server I use: ngnix+gunicorn+postgresql+rabbitmq+celery.
Video converted to flv with quality 640*480, 15 frames per second.
IM still has online broadcasts.
Broadcasts run for 3 hours. 5 days in a row. 1, 2 times a month. Different lessons are watched by a different number of people (I have viewing statistics for 2 years). The rest of the time, users watch recorded courses.
What else do you need to know?
How can I calculate the load on the server when watching a video?

YouTube does not allow access to make online broadcasts? There is something connected with the subscribers, some kind of threshold. Of course, I may not understand all the subtleties. Just suggested as an alternative to using other people's capacities.
