Project settings on django CMS do not show up. What to do?

I threw the installation process in pictures and where I stopped. Installed django 1.8.17.
after writing the djangocms -p command. mysite pops up this incomprehensible message as in the picture and the project itself is created, but the project settings do not appear:

removed djangocms-installer 9.0.3
installed djangocms-installer==0.8.8
