How can I buy the Scaleform Mobile SDK in Russia?

As many of you probably know, a cool mobile game Tiny Thief was recently released, which was made on Flash + Scaleform Mobile SDK: gameware.autodesk.com/scaleform
Wanting to try this tool, I downloaded the trial version, but then I came across information that The trial version has not been updated for about a year, and I decided to buy the normal version of the program.
As it turned out during the purchase: Russia is not in the list of stores, but without thinking twice, I chose Poland. I paid for the order using PayPal, I received a confirmation email with a link to the section of the site with my purchases, where I went and tried to download the files I bought.
BUT! Here the fun begins =) For downloading, you need Akaima Installer (I apologize if I made a mistake in the name, but the point is that this is an auxiliary program for downloading content), and after installation, the download did not start, swearing that “the file was not found" (obviously, this meant the file that I specified in order to save the download to it).
I tried to download from 2 different PCs and 1 Mac, the result is the same.
I wrote to the support service, explained the problem to them, in response, about a day later, I received a letter with instructions to do what I had already tried to do, and after that, for about an hour, another letter came, stating that my order was canceled and that my money was returned to me.
After that, the link to the section with my purchases stopped working.
A cursory search on Google made it clear that almost no one had such a problem, but there are a couple of mentions of it, and Scaleform has some restrictions for the Mobile SDK in relation to Russia (which, of course, is sad). Most likely, realizing that I was not from Poland, my order was simply cancelled.
Maybe someone has already encountered a similar problem and found a solution?
PS: To be honest, I just want to say “Shut up and take my money”.
