Editing of any modules and kernel is allowed. Does anyone know where the coupon is discarded if the coupon of such a discount has already been applied?

Are you not afraid that I will take your goods from the store with a 110% discount using different discount coupons? That is, you still have to stay with me?
I suppose that you need to find the module that is responsible for coupons in Bitrix and remove (rewrite) the condition for checking the coupon.
