What should be the structure of the Bitrix + Gulp + Pug + SCSS + JS project?

Good day.
You need to create a project on Bitrix from 0, edition "Business".
Question: What structure to choose for the project, if Bitrix and its paths to templates are just ... well, you understand. Actually, I’m asking how to make Bitrix + Gulp + Pug + SCSS + JS friends and develop calmly, as if we are doing everything on the battlefield, so that PHP works on localhost and the database can be done, and uploading changes to the battle was a simple Gulp function.

Purely with template files, no problems, header, footer, styles and js, almost standard. But with component templates, this is a tin, it is partially solved by the local folder on the server. But otherwise, nothing sensible will work, since you will mostly need to make templates for components and include areas, and this is too many different ways. Yes, and gallp like pug is not about Bitrix at all

As I understand this question ... Now I myself am sitting with a template on pug + scss, using yeogurt and Bitrix. Nothing can be done there with these components and paths in them

The layout folder which contains the layout itself. The template has symbolic links to js+css+img folders from layout.
You integrate the layout into the template, the layout has changed - the styles have been updated, and the components template must be manually edited
