How can I add the same product with different prices to the cart?

Hello.
The goal is to sell products that are available on pre-order at a regular price, while offering products that are in stock at a discount.
For example: There is a product in the amount of 1pc. Because pre-order is allowed, buyer can choose quantity more than stock. If the buyer has chosen a piece, then the product appears in the basket in the total quantity and with the current (discount) price. And you need to have 2 products - one with a discount price (according to the quantity that is available) and the other for pre-order with a regular price.
Maybe there is a plugin that can do this. Before starting to write my solution, I decided to ask if the idea is generally stupid and there is a more elegant solution?
Thank you in advance

The option through attributes will not work? You create an attribute (not through the product map, but from the menu Products>Attributes). You make 2 attribute options - one "in stock", the second "pre-order" and hang different prices on them. Then, in the product card, change the data block from simple to variable and use the attribute for variations.
