I bought the site. Created mail [email protected] Now I want to go to them through the service Google and Yandex.
Then I tried to add my domain to Yandex and Google. And I did it through postmaster. This campaign is not it? because it didn't work for me

You must have mail servers SOMEWHERE serving your mailing address.
If you do not cock these mail servers INDEPENDENTLY, then you can use the ready-made servers of Yandex OR Mail.Ru OR GMail OR etc. In particular, you have already been given a link to the mail for the domain from Yandex.
After you register in ONE OF THESE services and set up your domain as these services recommend and add the specified mail address in the settings of these services (usually this section is called "Users") - you ONLY THEN will have a mail address.
