I dealt with a similar issue for a large Russian company, although it has the form of an LLC.
If income from applications is significant and necessary in Russia on the account of a legal entity, for example, for payroll, it is logical to use the following scheme:
1. The simplest legal entity is opened in any country that works comfortably with the United States.
2. The contract with Apple is for this company.
3. The developer company here in Russia sublicenses the application (gives exclusive rights) to a foreign company and receives a quarterly (monthly) commission. The size of this commission is the amount that you want to bring legally to Russia. Of course, you will have to mess with the passports of foreign exchange transactions, but in the end it’s not such a big job.
4. A company abroad accumulates profits and maintains a company in Russia
In other cases, as mentioned above, it is easier to use various gray schemes, since "the game is not worth the candle."
Do you have a checking account?
Put money in there, you will have income from which you have to pay taxes.
I send checks from Google and Amazon to ePayService, however, like an ordinary physicist
With payoneer, even if you can withdraw legally, it will be extremely difficult. Just withdraw from an ATM. I don't know about checks.
Everything that happens outside the legal field of the Russian Federation does not matter, the question of legality arises only at the moment when you accept funds to the account of a Russian bank.
