How can a restricted user run the game without an administrator password?

The situation is this: there is a laptop, there are two users - one administrator, the second is normal. An ordinary user loves to play games, but he has specially limited rights and he doesn’t know the password so that he doesn’t do something and everything almost works fine. The only negative is that one game asks you to enter the administrator password every time you start it. How can I make it so that I do not have to enter a password every time I start? For example, in Steam you need to enter a password only during installation, the launch occurs without a password.

1. Create a bat-file as a normal launch of the program under a different username and password: https://technet.microsoft.com/ru-ru/sysinternals/psexec
2. Pack the bat-file into an executable binary code: www .f2ko.de/en/b2e.php
