Try to light up on Western resources for a start. Do you have something that Western studios don't offer? They brought the site to the Western market, promoted it in their media. To be honest, everything was difficult, they just didn’t know the specifics of a particular country, but it turned out that the requirements in Europe, especially for the Germans, are different from our Russian ones. For a long time they could not understand this).

Look for specific people - "agents" who would PR you. Each country has its own specifics. The most difficult thing is to attract the first orders and organize the first contacts.
You also need to understand what your competitive advantages over local companies are, and these points should be emphasized. Entering the market of each country is a separate song, and without “agents” it will be difficult.
As agents, there may be companies that benefit from making you a subcontractor of their work. You can search for such companies and send them your portfolio document (in which you emphasize your competitive advantages) with a proposal for cooperation.

In Germany, you can register a studio in the social. Xing network . They are constantly looking for performers and freelancers, the main thing is to describe in detail the services offered in German or English.
