How can a customer pay manual time?

My client and I decided to pay through Upwork. After creating the hourly work, I added the time manually (manual time), we completed the project and left each other feedback (but the hours of work were no longer displayed on my profile). Money has not been withdrawn from the client's card and the work is in the "In Review" category. Do I need to do something or will the money be withdrawn automatically after a few days?
