How can a complete zero in programming learn Java?

Good day to all. Lord, I need your help. I don’t know about programming at all, once upon a time I tried to learn js, css, html but abandoned this business. I want to become a web programmer and that's why I decided to start with Java right away). The question is, is it possible to learn java as the first programming language? Will I get used to it over time? (complicated) And what resources could you recommend for me to study on my own? Thanks
