How can a citizen of Ukraine withdraw money from Payoneer in the territory of the Russian Federation without consequences (if any)?
There is a chance to get a remote job, the employer offers payment through payoneer. I myself am a citizen of Ukraine and, I believe, the card will be documented linked to my billing address. It is supposed to shoot regularly, but on the territory of the Russian Federation. What risks might be associated with this? Russian financial monitoring will take some action, card blocking, etc. Does it make sense to get, for example, a Sberbank card (non-residents, it seems, are allowed to receive it) and link payoneer to it, transfer to this card and withdraw already from it (are there potential problems with the billing address)?
