To begin with, I tried to buy an iPhone on the official Apple Store from the balance of the Lithuanian Paypal account. But my payment did not go through for a reason. Apologize. This merchant only accepts payments from US registered accounts.

Then I created an American Paypal account and transferred money from the balance of the Lithuanian Paypal account to its balance. I also changed the time and system language to English + used a paid American VPN. But when I tried to buy an iPhone at the Apple Store from the balance of a newly created American Paypal account, my payment was also rejected with the wording. Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time. Out of desperation, I went to the hp.com offsite and tried to buy one of the products there.
But the payment from the balance of the newly created American Paypal account was also rejected with the wording like that of the apple store. Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time.

Then I returned the money from the American Paypal account back to my Lithuanian Paypal account, having lost some money on the transfer between accounts, as I found out that you can buy an iPhone from the Paypal balance in Germany on computeruniverse.net. But even here everything was not so simple.
We're sorry, but Paypal (Lithuania) account holders cannot ship to the following country: Belarus.
On the third attempt, as I understand it, complications arose due to the fact that when buying from a Lithuanian Paypal account to an address in the Republic of Belarus, I, as it were, are trying to avoid paying 19% VAT. for iPhone and the system does not allow to make a payment.
I have already got used to the idea that I can buy an iPhone at the address of one of the mail forwarders in Lithuania or Poland by paying + 19% VAT on the already quite expensive compared to the American European iPhone. But 4 more options came to my mind.
Once I registered a Russian corporate paypal account for myself. But did not use it because of uselessness.
If I transfer an amount close to $ 1000 to it. Can there be problems with paying or returning these funds back to the Lithuanian Paypal account if the payment fails again? I was also afraid to transfer money when I created an American paypal account, but everything worked out, although the payment did not go through, I still managed to return the money to the balance of my original paypal account. I'm also worried about the fact that I have always dealt only with PayPal Premier accounts and now it turns out I have to use Corporate.

I know for sure that PayPal fraud worked on the second screen. you have a newreg account, you can’t immediately make purchases for such a large amount, even Americans have similar problems with their clean ip addresses, and you are trying with VPN. Paypal thinks you are a scammer and won't let you pay.
