How, being in Ubuntu, run macOS in a virtual machine?
Please tell me (link to) the steps that led to the successful solution of the problem.
The computer, judging by the search data, is hackintosh-compatible, but you need a makos inside ubuntu.
We assume, hypothetically, that I have a guest OS distribution kit.

You don't need Cakintosh. You need a clean iso, no changes made by kakira, obtained from dmg. It fits perfectly in KVM. One thing is that you need to google the KVM launch parameters, there are a couple of some marvelous ones, I don’t remember them right off the bat, but Google will help you.
Well, remember that this is prohibited by the license, by running OS X / macOS in a virtual machine you are violating the license.
