1) Being in the Configurator, in the "About" window, look at the name of the server cluster and the name of the database in it.
2) Close the Configurator and open the "1C Cluster Console"
3) If there is no entry for the desired cluster in the console, create it (sometimes, but rarely, you need to know the login / password of the cluster administrator)
4) In the list of cluster databases, find the one you are looking for (the name was looked in Configurator)
5) Go to the properties of the database and see the type of DBMS, server address, database name and username.
6) Backup settings are performed depending on the type of DBMS and available access to it.
