How are things with parcels from kickstarter at customs and mail in the Russian Federation?
In the light of recent events, there is a high probability of running into and processing documents at customs.
Do I understand correctly that this is not a purchase, but a gift in exchange for a gift?

The day before the start of all this hype, I received a package from the Kickstarter project. It was written on the package that it was a gift. The price of the gift was also indicated.
The shipping process to your country is a bit more demanding. Therefore we are appealing to you for your advice and help.
TNT (and other express carriers) do not accept packages for Russian citizens (only to legal entities) – the reason is that customs clearance for citizens isn't possible.
We have two choices:
If you give us a name of your freight forwarder we can send Red Pitaya to them and they will do the customs clearance and final delivery by your instructions.
We can send it by normal post, which will take a lot of time beside that we can't guarantee that there will be no problems with the customs.
Any suggestions from your side are welcome.
