How are things inside Bizspark?

For more than 3 weeks, our application for Bizspark has been reviewed by Microsoft.
In this regard, questions arose - is it worth waiting for the weather by the sea, because not everything is so rosy:
1. only $ 150 per month for a developer, well, software for work, design, design ... up to 5 pcs.;
2. no information on resource limits;
3. no information on Nx plans (GPU hosting);
4. Bizspark Plus seems to have turned into a tube or left at the mercy of accelerators.
