How are things going with work in England as a sysadmin/networker?

Thinking about moving to England on a work visa. But most often I come across the fact that developers are required, not admins. I'm going to learn something, but that's not clear yet, because knowledge in administration is at a superficial level. (I am not familiar with Linux\Unix systems at all). But I will not work as a developer for certain reasons. Tell me how difficult it is to find a job as an administrator (from spinning virtual machines to networkers). You have to decide what to study.

It is not too difficult for an experienced administrator to find a job.
Intermediate - difficult
Beginner - impossible.
Even if a beginner can find a job in London, living wages will not be enough - there are enough local students / graduates who do not need to rent housing.
The average salary of 20-30 thousand euros per year for administrators with several years of experience is not enough for London prices, especially for housing. Therefore, I would not even go there as a midlaner. Only a senior with a more acceptable salary.
