How are large companies organized?

Please tell me a book / article / anything to read about the structure of large it companies. I wonder how their processes are organized, and who is responsible for what. What hierarchy, the meaning of positions, anything. (Who is an art director, product manager, etc.).

Different types of companies are built differently:
1) vertically - top-down delegation, classic
2) horizontally - valve, holocracy circles in zappos, airbnb
And many other interesting things.
I'm not an expert, but IMHO, the company's architecture very often repeats the vision of the company's founders and reflects the company's goals, as well as reflected in the company's products.

Inheritance and delegation of powers "from top to bottom" with functional distribution by representative offices, subdivisions, departments, employees.
Such a "powerful and gluttonous monster"!
