What books can you recommend.
All the books that I saw are clearly broken down by OS versions, is there any point in trying to watch books on 2008, or consider only 2012?

2008 is already made according to the new paradigm, has similar role wizards and snap-ins. There are differences from the new releases, but not critical. Damn, you can watch them.

Look at the bibliography of these guys. Most of the books have been translated into Russian.
