How are cloud drives arranged inside?
On Yandex and mail, when we upload a file to disk, its hash or equivalent is probably considered.
Do different users actually store the same files in one place and only have links to users who have access to them? Or is there a copy for each user?

If we are talking about Yandex, then mongodb gridfs, replica, etc. are responsible for everything.
I use the same system myself. Sharing a file is not a problem, this is a regular API method for data.
