How are 3D objects created in Cinema, for example, inserted into a website?

Good day.
Asked such a question and did not find a suitable answer (maybe the question was not formulated correctly). Let's say some beautiful and spectacular 3D object is created in Cinema 4D or 3Dmax (for example, here https://dribbble.com/shots/5708399-Christmas-Collisions ). And how can you insert it on the site later? And also so that you can somehow interact with it? Redraw or how? Or maybe there is some kind of plugin or, say, a format that can be posted? will it work?
Who can tell? If there are, then various ways ..

First you need to understand that classic renders like vray and the like are very different from realtime (real realtime, like in games) renders. The main difference is that in realtime the user's machine renders, which can be like a prof. computer and laptop for 10k or a Chinese smartphone, and ray tracing is rendered not on the user's machine, but on special equipment (artist's computer or render farm), the user in this case simply watches ready-made static frames, or a stream of frames (video). Therefore, there are strict requirements for 3D scenes so that they are rendered by users at 60 frames per second. For example, for performance, such effects as shadows, reflections, refractions are calculated in a simplified way and they are much more conditional than in ray tracing, and each effect has different implementation options.
Therefore, it is necessary to clearly describe what the 3D application should do and choose and apply the right methods from these requirements. The requirements must be prescribed either by a knowledgeable artist, or he must advise, or you must become competent enough to do it yourself.
