How and which router to choose for a large number of users?

You need to choose a router for stable Internet in the office. Approximately 60-70 users - this is taking into account the connection by wire. Naturally, someone will sit from a non-working and working phone, but most will still be on the wire.
The local area network is not important at all, in terms of switching between departments. The main thing is to have an Internet

(Now I'm being bombarded with tomatoes, and I don't care)
1. you know Linux or FreeBSD - you proudly assemble a PC router;
2. know Cisco and have a lot of money - buy Cisco;
3. know Mikrotik - buy business-level Mikrotik;
4. you know Mikrotik and have little money - buy Mikrotik SOHO-level;
5. don't know Linux, or Cisco, or Mikrotik - buy business-level TP-Link (not SOHO);
6. there is no money even for a business-level TP-Link - buy Keenetic;

I predict that the MikroTik RB1100AHx4 is ideal for you for about 20 thousand rubles.
And you will have: a lot of router ports, duplicated power supply, the ability to kick the dudu, the ability to play with two providers and much more

I agree with Artem almost with everything , both about the many access points and about the functionality ...
Another question is that not any home router will pull - there is simply not enough memory to keep all the connections for so many people.
Accordingly, several 1Gb / s ports with good performance are desirable here (suddenly decide to divide into subnets). For example Mikrotik RB2011 or Ubiquiti EdgeRouter 4/8.
Total: within 15 kilorubles you can buy a very worthy device.
There is another option - put a computer, plug a couple of network cards into it, put linux there, and you will be happy. But this is for enthusiasts :)
With switches, I would immediately install gigabit and managed ones, preferably with DHCP-snooping. Something of their Dlink DGS 1100-xx series, cheap, relatively reliable, and do everything you need.
With access points, the problem is different, you must first measure the radio permeability, and from this choose both access points and their number.
PS. Usually the "bosses" require everything to a minimum, but I always say that the salary fund for 60 people will absolutely cover all this equipment, like a donkey horse. For kroilovo leads to#####catching...

I took myself a mikrotik router for a cafe https://wi-fi.click/ , quite worthy for my money. Does its job and doesn't cause problems. You can also look at Linux any.
