How and where to find like-minded people to write your project?

I have been studying Python for almost 4 months (more precisely, I am actively writing on it). C - a week.
A great desire to write something of my own, but working alone, all motivation goes away.
Therefore, like-minded people are needed to write code together, commit, gittit, etc.

it's practically unrealistic. Even if someone appears in the end, you will break up or someone will disappear. If you are with a friend, then there are still chances.

If there is no motivation to work alone, then like-minded people will not help you get it. And there won’t be some people you didn’t know before seriously trying to motivate you, they have any number of ways to spend their time more productively.
It is much more correct not to wait for the weather by the sea, but simply to take it and start doing something. Is it difficult to do something long in time and complex in structure? You can choose something simpler, or divide a complex task into simpler ones with more predictable chances for implementation, and then how will it go.
