How and where is it better to deploy an application on Node.js and PostgreSQL?

I have an application written in Node.js and with a PostgreSQL database, now it is stored locally, but I need to transfer it to the server. The question is how to do this, do I need to set up a rented VPS through the console, which one is better to choose and how to transfer the database itself to it? Thank you.
