How actual to write css?

Hello habr, I'm a full stack ReactJS + NodeJS, I've been writing code for 3 years, with styles in css I always wondered how best to write them, now I use scss modules using _variables & _mixins, always on flex. From the very beginning of my career, I was critical of grids and never used them, I was also critical of bootstrap, I just didn’t want to learn, I thought that the native modular approach with scss for simplification would always be relevant. Be that as it may, and in almost every guide/vacancy, I see Libraries for styles: Bootstrap Tailwind, etc... Maybe you should switch to the library and not waste time on layout?
Note: I worked only for myself, never worked in a team, what approaches are used in large projects? What are the advantages and if it is worth switching to a framework, then which one? Grids are alive?

It's not very clear what the Bootstrap Tailwind libraries, etc. are for you. prevent further write "I use scss modules using _variables & _mixins"?
I already wrote somewhere about Bootstrap that it is primarily a tool. and use it when needed. You don't use other npm dependencies everywhere, right? and you put only those that will be useful to you in this project.
well and about grids finally nonsense. it's just a css style. it's the same as saying "border I learned, but I don't need outline. should I learn outline?" and so you say that it will take you a year to study them.
