Hotkeys stopped working in Linux Mint 20.1?

The fact is that I forcibly assigned my commands to Home, PgUp, End through dconf, since the system did not allow them to be changed to my own through the standard settings. Usually, these keys have the default functions "Page Down", "Page Up" which I never use anywhere. After some time, the commands I assigned stop working. I don’t know what triggers them to stop working, but if you reboot the system, everything starts working again until a certain time. In the same way, I forcibly assigned my combinations to "+" and "-" on the numpad, but they work flawlessly. What could be the problem?
