You need to transfer the site from nic.ru
The site has a lot of subdomains and records (a, mx...), everything is registered in the hosting panel (not at the registrar), so you need the ability to load the DNS zone.
nic.ru has functionality for loading/unloading DNS zones. In principle, you can create another account on nic.ru, but I wonder what other suitable hostings are?

Посещаемость сайта до 200 человек в день, работает на битрикс.
