Plesk has support for Cgroups and Chroot. Even without CloudLinux restricts, whatever your heart desires. Also detailed statistics.
There is no such thing in ISPmanager Business, but there are limits on MySQL queries.
CloudLinux is not taken into account.
Actually, I use these panels only. The most optimal at the moment.
