Hopeless situation with joomla template. What to do?

Good afternoon. For the first time I contacted joomla. One person says:
- Are you a programmer? I want an LP, there is a paid template for joomla, I want
this one - Why joomla, why not WP?
- And I climbed in the internet, and projects on joomla are more successfully implemented than on WP.
- Okay.
At home, I installed Cloud9 IDE on a virtual server. A bit tormented, for the first time. The archive that he sent me was called quickstart. I installed it, indicated everything, at step 3 I clicked on installing the language pack and an error appeared with the language, here . Well, I searched on Google, found a solution to the problem on the forum . But this method doesn't work. I say to the man:
- The error is there, it can download or download the rest_joomla archive. because there was a choice for downloading? qs-download.png
- Not. (After 3-5 days) Here I found a way. In short, unzip the template archive, there is a template in the tempates folder, you copy it and transfer it to a cleanly installed joomla.
- Good. (time passes) I did. A simple template appeared, not the same as on the wrapper.
- You see there in the archive there are folders modules, library, etc. You copy and paste them, you're a programmer, you'll figure it out. How much time do you need?
- I'll try. week
What should I do? This person also wrote in the community, and I wrote on the forum about the problem, hush! And how it turns out, I tear out a piece of the template and insert it into a clean joomla and it turns out I remake the template. It is not clear what to transfer where, what is needed for what! Refuse me? What to do. Is it possible to implement this by transferring from the templates folder to a clean joomla templates ???

Understood, the problem was in the language. Inconvenient (stupidly) done, you need to put the Polish language everywhere and you will be fine, well, make sure that chrome translates for you all the time.

@HHabar

#TyzhProgrammist will always easily figure out the technology he heard about for the first time and implement the project on it better than on the one he knows.
You can’t on Joomla (generally speaking, it’s for the best for you) - just say so. Write on what you know, or refuse.
