Home on D8 at /node without the translation module. How to change Home to Start?

on the eight, which began to slow down when I just added a couple of taxonomies to articles like articles, I removed all unnecessary modules.
I removed the translations module, so I have the entire admin site in English, but the external one is in Russian. Although the title of the /node page contains this line:
Home | Tlito studying Drupal
how can I just replace the title of this page with Russian without overloading it with translation modules? I don't want to put a static page on the main page or view, so that I don't "make brakes" on what works just like this box does in the best way....

the title is not set in the Home view, so it is written Home.
if you set the title in this view, then everything will be ok.
