Hire IT specialists or Order on outsourcing?

I am planning to create a mobile application.
I understand that we need developers + designers + application promotion.
Question: What do you think is easier: hire your own or order from a highly qualified company?
I just would not like to bathe in smuts about the organization of the above specialists,
but to get into the divorce of grandmas in prof. The company would not want either.
The application will carry unique functionality.
Question: Do you need adaptation for a tablet or is it already a luxury?
Thank you all for your time on this issue!

Depends on how much money you have :) and the scale of the project.
If you want "easier", then you pay for the fact that the "organization headache" will not lie with you.
And the responsibility for the work of specialists, deadlines, quality will be borne by the person to whom you pay money, respectively, there is someone to ask.
I don't know your project, but this is my version.
For starters, it would be nice to make an MVP, this is a primitive working application with basic functions. Before investing a lot of money in something, it is good to try the future application in advance. Let it be crooked and almost not working, MVP will give you the opportunity to understand whether your idea will shoot at all.
MVP is also good to try the development of the application "in miniature", without risks, and whether the freelance option is right for you.
You can also contact the studio about MVP, find out the prices, and then compare how much you saved.
The MVP code is likely to be thrown out, so anyone can be hired.
If you enjoy working with freelancers, then the question will disappear by itself.
If the project is large and there will be several developers, then you will need either separate tech. lead, or assign one of the developers to them. This is a person who will understand what is really happening with the project. Otherwise, it may turn out that you will spend no less than in the studio.
There is also the option of one fullstack developer, plus - all responsibility for the result is on a specific person.

Cheaper and more promising to hire your own.
It’s not enough to steal an idea, you also need to implement it, and scammers, they are destructive in principle, if they couldn’t cope with your support (primarily financial), then they themselves even more so, so if you are adequate, they won’t steal.
Of course, it is needed if the application will work on tablets.

Elementary! If you have time to kick and control freelancers, go ahead, otherwise you will pay more money, but the company will do everything for you. The remaining points you will simply stipulate when you solve the question posed by me above.
