Higher education programmer. Which direction to choose?

Hello.
For a long time I thought that I would not get a higher education in programming. But there are plans to go to other countries, England or the USA. That’s why I still want to go to a bachelor’s degree in absentia at the beginning, and then I’ll think about getting a master’s degree here or in other countries, if I earn by that time.
I live in Ukraine.
The question arose with the choice of the direction of study.
The fact is that in Ukraine there are several directions. Among them, all are related to computer science, programming. But choosing the right direction is difficult.
I plan to do BackEnd WEB programming and Android programming. These are the initial plans.
Here are the options, descriptions from the website of one of the universities:

  • 113 Applied Mathematics
    Data Mining
  • 121 Software
    engineering Software engineering
  • 122 Computer science (option 1)
    Information technology design
Design, creation and analysis of computer systems
Geometric modeling and graphic information technology
    Computer mechanics
Computer modeling of thermal and mechanical processes
    Intelligent and robotic systems
  • 122 Computer science (option 2)
Project management in the field of information technology
Information technologies for management decision support
Information and analytical systems and technologies
    Data and knowledge engineering
Intellectual property in software and computer engineering
    Big data information technologies
    Software engineering project management
Information technologies in publishing and media industry
  • 123 Computer engineering
    Computer systems and networks
    System programming
Programming of mobile devices and computer games
    Artificial intelligence systems
    Multimedia information technologies and systems
Internet of things information technology software

And that's where? 121 and 123 according to the description are the most suitable.
Thanks in advance!

Reality can be cruel. They also seem to teach computer engineering, but the textbooks are 15 years old, and the knowledge of teachers is even more. And it turns out that you are not studying a profession, but IT archeology.
Well, if this is not the case, but you should not count on the fact that a university will make a specialist out of you. Only on your own.
With an eye to "blame", of course, you need a diploma in a specialized specialty. And for life, perhaps, it would be more useful, say, an economic education + as much IT as you can take at a university and pick up on your own.

For me, it is obvious that 123. Although 121 is not deployed at all and it is not entirely clear what exactly is included there.

Primacy - you won’t pull it, otherwise you wouldn’t have such a question

*примат и другие чисто математические направления, теоретически можно закончить в сочетании с жесткой практикой java/c и последующим выходом на math-heavy направления
Но вас должно реально переть от математики, а не из-за денег, которые вам возможно получится заиметь в далеком будущем
Everything else depends not on the nameplate and a brief description, but on the teachers and the list of subjects.
Which you yourself cannot evaluate without real experience.
Therefore, look for a university in the EU that suits your Wishlist and go to study there
In Germany, for example
