High temperature in the PCH diode laptop (over 70 degrees) is this normal?

The temperature in the laptop HP2000 diode PCH (southbridge intel hm70), about 67 degrees in idle, 85-90 under load. Checked by aida64. CPU temperature 45-55 degrees. Is this normal or should I be concerned about the motherboard bridge?

Normal PCH < 90 degrees. The processor temperature is also normal. If it overheats, the laptop should shut down.
