High latency, what could be the reason?

Host: The esxi hypervisor is installed on the ssd.
Raid controller, we have 3 arrays. Each array has 3-4VMs and the most important. The SSD where the hypervisor itself is installed is also spinning 3VM. In one array, the disk was replaced with the same manufacturer, but a newer model. After that, notifications of lost access and successfullt restored of each array (3 pieces) began to appear in the logs.
On the graph, I noticed a large delay of 737ms. On the other hypers I saw a delay in the region of 5-15ms.
Checked the cords to the discs, they are connected correctly.
What could be the problem?
