Hiding flash app in facebook when opening a chat

There is a flash application on facebook where wmode = gpu. If you open a facebook chat and select an interlocutor, then the flash style changes from visibility: visible to visibility: hidden.
If you change the wmode value, then the flash drive does not disappear, but with different wmode values, the flash starts to slow down, so it cannot be changed.
How to make a flash drive not disappear when wmode = gpu;?

And what does flash have to do with it if visibility:hidden exposes javascript? The fact that it does not disappear (although it should disappear in opaque) is not quite the correct behavior of the player, which draws it completely on top of the browser.
