"Hidden" resources, how to implement ?, and will Google and Yandex swear?

Hello,
On the site I made a conclusion of services by "categories (underlined)" (each service is assigned to a resource, an example in the photo)

So, the question is:
What can be done with these resources (underlined) so that they cannot be found, but all fields must be available for pdoResources, and so that search engines do not swear at the lack of a template for them.
PS: Silly question, but I hope you can help.
