Hidden/rename phone model?

I have a phone model M2004J19C, can I somehow hide or rename it without root rights? Or somehow take away access to applications to view the model, for example, Instagram, so that when you log into your account it is not written from which model the login was made

Without root rights, you can try to gut the application and make changes to it. Well, if the application is a bit more complicated hello world - then it is almost impossible for a beginner to do it.
And so, you only need root: - Build Prop Editor
I'll add one more thing: you can install Android x86 on hdd, flash drive or virtual machine, and there you can already change the device model.
