Hello.

I'm going to rent servers at Hetzner. The number of servers will keep growing. I would like to somehow quickly clone an already configured OS + software from some image to a new server.

How can I do that?

Look towards configuration management systems - puppet, chef, ansible (the order of mention is random)

No need for chefs and pappets here.
Use virtualization, make a snapshot or backup of a virtual machine and deploy it on a new server and get a full copy.
