Hetzner: add a domain?
I have a VPS from Hetzner. There is one domain with subdomains, you need to add another domain.
1) I understand that you need to add another DNS record? (they cost 0.59 euros per month).
2) I already have one ns server in the settings on imena.ua, that is, I don’t need hetzner-a servers by default? (although the first domain works on hetzner-ovsky). If there are ns from imena, which ones are better to use, them or from hetzner.
3) My first domain is set to the www directory (in the DNS record settings), can I set the second domain to the www/somedir subdirectory?

I think there is some misunderstanding here.
If you have an honest VPS, then you can link an arbitrary number of domains to it, no matter what.
For a domain to work, you need 2 things - 1) a place where the domain can be hosted, 2) DNS servers that support the domain.
1) you already have - UPU on Hetzner. No DNS records need to be added.
I'm not sure if you have DNS hosting on imena.up, in any case, you can use the amazing ypdns.com for example - register there, bind the ns1...ns4 NS server in your domain settings .ypdns.com, and specify the IP address of your VPS in the DNS zone on ypdns.com
Configure which folder your new domain will look into - this is a matter of configuring the VPS, you can even to a subfolder, anywhere
Basically, it won't cost you a dime.
The system works like this:
1. The registrar (imena.ua) knows which DNS servers know the pair Your_domain_name->your_server_IP
2. The DNS servers know which IP your Domain_name is spinning
The domain you bought, what's next:
1. Register the name registrar has 2 or more DNS servers
2. We register on the DNS servers at the DNS hosting the correspondence IP_your_VPS -> Your_domain_name
3. We configure
the web server on the VPS so that it understands that when requesting Your_domain_name, you need to look in the Folder Path folder
-Firstly, in this case, you need to decide who is your provider of what (who provides services).
Now you can say for sure that
1. You have a registrar at imena.ua
2. You have a VPS at hetzner.de
So, first of all, you should find out who provides you with the DNS hosting service. There are options - it is provided to you by (1) either imena.ua, (2) or hetzner.de, (3) or you have your own server configured (for example, on the same hetzner), or (4) some third-party service ( possibly free).
After you have found out who provides DNS hosting to you, you need to
1) Register at the DNS service the correspondence Your_domain_name -> IP_address_of_VPS_server
2) Register the addresses of DNS servers in imena.ua (you will need to find them at point 1) in the amount of 2 and more pieces.
After these steps (not immediately, after 1-24 hours) you will start to get to your server by the name of your_domain_name. But the server does not understand what to do with this name, and will return something (either another of your sites, or a refusal), so you need to explain to it what to return when requesting this name from the server. This is specific to the web server program.
