Hetzner a few questions about SSD, 19% VAT and something else

Following. I will take a server from them for a month, and a trace arose. questions:

1. If I screw up something with the installed OS or want to install another one, do I need to ask support for this or can I install everything I need myself?

2. When ordering a server, you can select +SSD drive and the question immediately arises - Will the OS be installed on it?

3. 19% - can you safely subtract these percentages from the prices on hetzner.de?

1. There they give a web interface in which you can enable rescue-mode with which to install various operating systems.

19% can be deducted because residents of the Russian Federation do not pay this tax.
all bills that hetzner issues to me come with a deduction of 19%

What kind of SSD do they install?
If with MLC chips, take it only if Intel ... Almost all other manufacturers quickly fly out MLC SSDs when used on servers.
On SLC chips, in principle, you can take any major manufacturers

Several of my clients and colleagues work with this provider.
1. If you want - through the TP, if you want - you can put the image through the rescue-mode.
2. Wherever you say, they will put it there. You can write in the TP TOR for partitioning the disk, or split it yourself. It's not a problem.
3. Yes, if you are not a citizen of Germany, subtract 19%.
